You can do almost anything. Heal with it, become incredibly strong and decimate walls with a flick of your finger, fire out fireballs, summon animals, transfer your mind and take over someone else's body, restrict and tear someone apart with shadows, there's a lot. A better question would be to ask what chakra can't do.
